Judith Martinez is the Founder and CEO of InHerShoes. A Forbes 30 Under 30 Nominee, she has worked with leaders such as Leon Panetta, has shared her voice at the UN Youth Assembly, and mobilizes young people to break things – one glass ceiling at a time. InHerShoes is a millennial led, social impact driven, global organization committed to catalyzing courage in the next generation of leaders. We ask: what would you do if you were 1% more courageous? – and empower you to do something about it.

Dave LaRue

President, The Comma Club

Dave is an international businessman and entrepreneur who owns and leads more than a dozen thriving companies. He also spends a great deal of time coaching entrepreneurs on how to achieve the same level of success that he is enjoying in life. Experience has taught Dave that life is about decisions. Dave is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the author of Live to Tell Your Story: Stories and Decisions on The Road to Success (2013). He currently resides in Indian Harbour Beach, FL.

Bethany Hall-Long

Lieutenant Governor, Delaware

Bethany Hall-Long currently serves as the 26th Lieutenant Governor of Delaware. Serving the community is in her blood. Hall-Long has been a member of the UD Nursing Faculty now for nearly twenty years. She also holds a distinguished record at the University of Delaware (UD). She was the first nursing faculty at UD to receive the University-wide excellence in teaching award and is currently a Professor of Nursing and Joint Faculty in Urban Affairs. Her research and community service record with at-risk groups such as pregnant teens, diabetics, homeless and the mentally ill, makes her a nationally recognized health scientist.
